I booked Taylor’s place for a winter weekend with some friends. The house was beautiful- even better than the pictures, and we had a fantastic time.
Winter tires and/or 4 wheel drive is essential for getting in and out in the winter!

The house was over and beyond in many ways. The main area with the big windows is absolutely breathtaking — the design makes it feel spacious even with a lot of people there. We never felt cramped. The fireplace had a screen which made us feel comfortable with kids , and the kitchen was really well stocked. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained — the hot tub was especially clean.
It is a bit off-grid (which we loved), but definitely take the hosts’ advice — winter tires and 4WD were absolutely necessary when we went.
Would definitely recommend and would totally come back!

I stayed at Taylor’s 2 cottages and couldn’t be happier! Myself and my friends and family had a great weekend, the cottages were beautiful, clean, and Taylor was an amazing host, quick to answer if I had any question and very nice. We are excited to book again!

We had a perfect weekend at this big, beautiful cottage with our group of 12. The space was ideal—everyone had their own room and privacy, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were exactly as pictured. We especially loved the large windows in the living room, which made the space feel bright and cozy. The kitchen was a highlight for us; we spent so much time cooking and gathering together there. Even in the winter, the outdoor space was amazing, and the fire pit was absolutely perfect for cold evenings. Taylor was a fantastic host—super responsive with excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. She even went out of her way to send someone over with firewood when we requested it, which we really appreciated. ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS!!! We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back this summer! :)

I booked Taylor’s place for a Christmas cottage getaway with my family and it was honestly amazing! Taylor is an amazing host very responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is stunning!! It looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and there was extra linens and towels plus a full set of plates and utensils which accommodated us perfectly for our Christmas dinner. Honestly if they have the space you should book, we are already planning to come back in the summer! 10/10 recommend for everyone

Perfect Muskoka getaway in a newly built gorgeous house (rare finding)!
We stayed there as four families — with a baby, an 8-year-old, two teenagers, and a dog — and every one of us had an amazing time. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy (you won't find 3 king beds and a queen bed in one building, 4 restrooms), and the living area with lake views, fireplace and heated sunroom was just stunning.
The outdoor space was incredible — peaceful mornings by the water, evenings around the firepit, and plenty of room for the kids and dog to play safely. Our host was responsive, kind, and made sure all our needs were fully met.
It truly felt like a luxury home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!
